I was so incredibly honored that the oh so talented Danielly Husley asked me to photograph one of her first shoots as a stylist! Not only is she incredible with styling, but she's also a fellow photographer! Talk about impressive! Even though it was a dark and stormy day, our team had a blast in the North Carolina mountains at Old Edwards Inn. The staff at the Inn treated us like family from the moment we stepped on site! Their kindness and service really blew me away, and I can't wait to bring my husband back there sometime for a weekend getaway.
The team behind this shoot are truly the best professionals in the business. Atlanta is truly blessed to have these folks call it home. I mean, look at those FLOWERS! Lindsay Coletta really outdid herself! Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible and to Danielle for trusting me with something so precious to your heart. I hope I did you proud.
I always wanted to congratulate Lindsay Coletta on the birth of her new baby! We are so excited for you and your family! Also to Jen Neiman who just eloped in Paris and literally traveled around the globe making me impeccably jealous :)!
Every marriage begins with two stories, two families, two people who have fallen in love and have decided to come together as one. A couple’s past will forever be a part of their future as they bring along their families, stories, and history to begin a new journey of their own. Danielle Hulsey, planner and designer behind this styled shoot, wanted to incorporate a sense of family legacy into the design and overall aesthetic of the shoot by using heirloom jewelry, family photos, and keep sakes. She wanted to keep each piece of the day as a part of the story behind this couple’s new life together.
